An ideal day is up and eating breakfast by 9, lunch 3-4 hours later, time to run and play outside (weather permitting), and time to read. A little tablet or TV time is ok, but not too much. He seems to need a nap most days, but fights the sleepiness by trying to stay active. And if he does get one, he's up until at least 11:30pm! So maybe he isn't a napper?
