When I get scheduled for an early or late shift, I would need somebody with availability who can come to our house early and do the morning routine and get the kids to summer camp/before school and/or pick the kids up after school and do their evening routine.
Occasionally, I get scheduled on the weekends and will need weekend help.
I have shared custody with the children's father and it is possible I may request you to do a pickup in Deale Maryland on a Saturday or Sunday on a very rare occasion.
Would prefer somebody with a reliable car and ability to transport the kids. However, we do live fairly close to the YMCA (the before and after school program for the kids) or could work out school bus pickup/drop off for that time, so not a deal breaker. It may also be possible for you to use my car if needed and I can take a work car sometimes.
Yoshi (dog) is very friendly (and very large) but he is not hypoallergenic and he sheds a lot (he is a husky).
I am very stringent about low screen time, healthy food for the kids, reading, and homework and need someone who can support these choices.

We have a golden retriever named petey who is very sweet-he will be just over a year old when we will need our nanny to start. We don't expect our nanny to walk him-we will keep our dog walker to come around 12 those days.
He may need to be let out to pee but we have a fenced in back yard and he will let you know if he has to go out. He should be low maintenance-very friendly and cuddly, likes to be with people.
