A little bit about us

We are looking for a responsible, fun, and reliable part-time summer nanny from now until the end of August for our 3-year old boy/girl twins. They are an energetic duo who love to play in the backyard, visit the park down the street, play with their toys in their rooms/playroom, read, do arts and crafts, and let their imaginations run wild. Ideally, we're looking for someone who can match their energy, help them reach milestones, and find joy in every day.

Schedule is Monday through Wednesday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. We’re flexible around summer vacations as we plan to take some time off.

Responsibilities include planning engaging activities, keeping the twins on their routine/schedule, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment, meal preparation (breakfast + lunch), and light housekeeping (keeping their bedrooms and playroom clean/tidy and meal dishes.) Nanny should feel comfortable driving the twins to various classes or places like gymnastics, Tinkergarden, Mobius, Pool (Manito G&CC), etc. Nanny can use one of our cars with car seats or we can install car seats in Nanny’s car.

Qualifications:
⁃ CPR and First Aid Certified (or willing
to obtain)

A little bit about us

We are looking for help with the girls one to two weekdays for 4-6 hours, with an occasional date night. The 7 year old will be back in School starting in September, so it will mostly be the 4 year old and 2 year old. Baby girl is 4 months old and will be with me most of the time, but Infant experience would be a bonus! We need someone who is confident with the juggle of multiple children, loves to play, do crafts, go on walks and most importantly just love on our kiddos. Sometimes I will be home getting things done and other days I’ll have appointments, so I am pretty flexible on days of the weeks. This position is ideal for someone looking to supplement another job or looking for some work while at school etc.

A little bit about us

Sweet loving boy birthday [phone number hidden] and another boy [phone number hidden]. Husband and I work from home and currently the oldest is in daycare full time but I’m not loving it for him.

Initially need someone 2-3 full days a week 9-3 but hours are flexible. We do have a dog no care needed but can’t be weary of animals.

Background is ECE a plus and gentle parenting techniques need to be followed. We don’t do time outs and have never once spanked our children. Oldest is bright and caring would love some one to offer a learning centered environment to keep him engaged while I’m busy working. We watch some TV but we don’t really do screen time. Plenty of engaging toys and happy to supply craft supplies etc for activities.

Obviously any food and coffee while at our home you would be welcome to. Lunch prep for kids needed and by light housework I mean putting away dishes and cleanup after activities.

A little bit about us

Due to unforeseen events I’m in need of last minute care for my four year old starting asap.
For the next few weeks it would be a few days a week 6:30am-4:30pm until I can find a preschool.
He’s an amazing kid. Absolutely hilarious and the most friendly human I have ever seen. He can have some minor behavioral issues when he gets bored. But nothing too difficult to deal with. No allergies of any other medical issues to worry about.
I’m able to drop off/pick up if easier. I would prefer my home.

A little bit about us

My wife stays home with our four children (3 boys, 7, 5, and almost 3, and 1 girl, 4 months), but doesn't really have any additional help while I'm at work.

The older boys are homeschooled and between that and everything else, it would be great if she had someone to help with generally keeping an eye on them or maybe helping the older ones with their schooling a few of times per week so she could get some other things done.

We're flexible on times/schedule, we just need someone who and some experience/likes working with children, seeks to have a positive attitude, and would like working with a Christian family in a similar capacity.

What is a nanny contract and why is it important?

A nanny contract is a legal document that clearly outlines the terms of the nanny's employment. It typically includes details such as hours, wages, duties, and expectations of both parties. Having a nanny contract in place helps to ensure that both the nanny and the family are on the same page about the job specifics.

What do I need to know about nanny payroll?

Nannies are considered employees, not independent contractors. As such, families are legally required to withhold Social Security, Medicare, and federal and state income taxes from the nanny's pay. Using a nanny payroll service can simplify this process and help both parties stay compliant with tax laws.

Why are background checks important for nannies?

Families entrusting the care of their children to a nanny need to have confidence in their choice. One key way of gaining this confidence is through comprehensive background checks.
