A little bit about us
We’re looking for part time care for our (currently) 4.5 month old son to start sometime late June/early July as I ramp up my busy season with work and would end early November. My husband works Mon-Fri (4:30am-4pm) year round and I own a photography business which means our schedules get hectic especially during the summer/fall!
While my husband works in Redmond during the week, I will be busy with work at home and while baby is still my priority, I need to be able to transition into finding a happy medium of work/life balance. That’s where you come in!
Our hope is to bring someone into our home 2x a week for 10-15hrs week to care for our little man and maybe help around the house when possible so I can get work and errands done. I’m extremely flexible on schedule as long as both days are between Mon-Thurs & 8:30am-4pm while my hubby is at work! (Added an example schedule for reference but it can be adjusted!)
As far as what we’re looking for out of a nanny these would be the main traits:
-problem solver
-patient & kind
-observant
-efficient
-outgoing/playful/active
-able to take constructive criticism in a positive way & can respond appropriately in all situations (we want to maintain the peace!)
-good with dogs & cats (we have 2 pups & 1 cat)
Our family is big on outdoor time and want our son to spend as much time outside as possible. Bonus if he needs a shower after playtime because yay for sensory development!!!

We have a dog and cat at home.
Most times would be between the hours of 8 and 5 and only for most likely 3 or so hour increments. Because of this we are happy to compensate better than what I would assume to be normal.
All you’d be doing is coming over and watching our son while my wife is gone at an appointment. May have to bottle feed him/change diapers, put him down for a nap or monitor him during one.
