We have two kids (2.5 years and 4 months) and are looking for someone who's good with young kids and will engage in a meaningful way, not just supervise. You’d likely only be with one of the kids at a time.
Our older son loves anything outdoors, crafts, reading, baking, etc. We practice gentle parenting with Montessori & Waldorf influences. No screens, and we try to get him outside as much as possible.
Ideally this person would be flexible on timing, able to drive to activities, cook lunches and sometimes breakfast, and help me pick up around the house while he naps.
Must be comfortable with dogs, we have 2.
Let us know if you're interested, we look forward to meeting you!

Hey there! We are looking for another family who would like to do a nanny share and split the cost of $25-$30/hr. I haven't secured a nanny yet, but do have a couple leads. I am open to hosting at my home in SW Redmond, however I'll be working at COCC Bend campus, so preferably care would be in Bend. Come fall, I would likely increase hours to 3-4 days/wk. My daughter is a happy, independent, energetic little girl. We are hoping to find a nanny share family who has a child who's similar age who may be willing to host.
Nanny requirements:
Nurturing, engaging and experienced with toddlers
Non-smoker with reliable transportation
CPR certified
Someone who uses gentle conflict resolution and will bring a calm energy into the home
I can be somewhat flexible, so please don't hesitate to reach out!
