When I first moved to NYC I found a wonderful family to babysit for and make some extra spending cash. After needing a change of pace I graciously accepted a full-time nanny position with previously mentioned wonderful family. Unfortunately - they decided to move away and I was unable to follow them. I loved those kids and miss them every day.
For the last couple months I've been trying to find work in my previous field of marketing, but the current job market is over-saturated and competitive. With a 2 year gap in my last relevant experience it's been difficult to find work. I am currently seeking a family that needs a set of "extra-hands" about 15 hours a week. I love kids of all ages, am comfortable with homework/classroom help, have experience meal prepping and light cleaning.

My mother grew up in a big family of five children, and I grew up with only one elder sibling, whom I am lucky enough to call my best friend and role model. My parents although divorced, have been extremely proactive in raising both my sister and I in an extremely positive environment, that kept us all very close and connected. Being that I only have one sister, we both loved to surround ourselves with our extended family any chance we could get. For me family is very important, so being able to connect with a family that shares those values is very important for me.
