Hello yall Im hoping within the month to have 50/50 custody of my daughter, week on week off. My work hrs vary each day ranging from 4hrs to 15hr days(traveling remodeling) so I'll be good at communicating. I leave for work at 715ish. Her summer time schedule is open not too strick.(kids be kids) making her meals, helping her make meals or I'll buy sometime yall pick(shes not too picky on food) activities crafts, music, books, educational, lazy days active games or singing, dancing, bubbles bike rides. for screen time-movies,kid shows,PBS kids, anime youtube kid books are good,no kids youtube, tic toc, reels please. my only real ask is please be present for her whatever yall are doing not on your phone. She needs to be put first and heard. When school starts she'll need help getting ready and fed and lunch packed pick her up when schools out and be with her til im home or my family member can take her somedays too. I live very close to her school so does my family. Full transparency,my kiddos mother and I are not on good terms we don't help eachother or communicate. So its just me.and my family when they can help. I have to work my current job it has the financial opportunity to allow me to give my daughter the life she deserves. But I have to work my way up and be gone wherever and for however long eachday. So I ask she gets your full present self,if I could be with her 24/7 she'd get mine. I love her dearly. The divorce has taken a toll on her i haven't gotten much time with her either. This is a full ish time position I'll pay whatever I can/need too for a certified, patient, present, fun, flexible hrs nanny. Oh sorry almost forgot I have a standard poodle he's cool and needs to be let out for potties, fed, and if you're willing a short walk. Thank you.

A little bit about us

My husband Byron I are looking for a patient, kind hearted nanny for our daughter, Abigial, from now until August. We have a miniature pincher, so we need someone good with dogs too. No need to help with him, hes just will always be around you. Abigial is 2, turning 3 in April. She's very cleaver and hyperactive, but she's also a sweetheart once she's warmed up to you. Loves to be read to, love cuddles, drawing. The ideal nanny would be able to be consistent, and basically hang out with our baby girl and play with her and cook noodles for dinner! We need someone Friday, Saturday, and Tuesday from 4-8pm. I pay $15/hr doe and we live in IF. Its 12 hours a week, however if things go well, I could possibly ask for 16-20. I would prefer someone in the local area. Please seriously nannies only!

Important! This is not for a child. This is a listing for elderly care and would require experience/maturity to fulfill the job requirements.

The care needed is for my elderly mother, Norma who has frontotemporal dementia. Norma is mostly nonverbal, has the ability to walk, requires assistance while eating, and any long term caregiver would be required to be capable of incontinence care.
Primarily what is needed is just a few hours a week (4 to 12 hours) so that we can run errands. For the most part, the workload will be very light. Occasional feeding/assistance with drinking and companionship. Incontinence care would only be required should we be gone for longer periods of time. Schedule would require each Sunday from around 10a-3p. An additional day may be needed each week for 8 hours or so.
This is a job for someone who either has elderly care experience or has the maturity/strength to accomplish the task.
