Seeking a reliable, patient caregiver for my 12-year-old son with autism.
Part-time: ~minimum of 18 hrs/week (6-hour shifts)
Will consider full time for the right person.
Preferred Mon/Wed/Fri + occasional evenings

He is bright, affectionate, and enjoys plushies, foreign languages, music, and structured play. He is verbal in his own way and requires consistent supervision and support.
Role focuses on routines, emotional regulation, and building life skills. Experience with autism, anxiety/OCD-type behaviors, or similar support needs is preferred.
Ideal candidate is calm, attentive, flexible, and comfortable working independently while maintaining structure. This role is best suited for someone who values patience, connection, and a gentle, low-pressure approach.
Long-term consistency is very important. Position would be set up through PAC, with additional private pay included.
