A little bit about us

Will be “homeschooling.” WA
State doesn’t have any formal requirements for school until 8.

Hours:
M/W/Th
730-3
Friday
730-415

Off every other Friday

Irregular Tuesday hours, if desired.

We are trying a therapy in home from 3-6 pm on most days. This may be a miserable failure. If this is Not to my satisfaction, M/W/Th will be until 6-630.

My son is neurodivergent with mild autism with demand avoidance expression and needs someone familiar with children who have challenge. Requires patience, care and the ability to form a connection with my son, beyond all else.

I use gentle parenting and do not keep to a strict schedule, although routine is helpful. My son would not do well with rigidity or impatience. He often requires time and space and needs co-regulation. That being said, there will be plenty of time where you are not
Experiencing challenges. He
can be very fun to play with. He scored very high in intelligence so he definitely has a variety of needs; intellectual stimulation but patience for the social emotional difficulties.

Prefer some learning time every day and an outing on most days. I have an extra car to drive if that’s needed. Will ask for proof of license and insurance, if you drive your car. License only if you drive mine.

I am home in the house if back up is ever needed but we need someone who has some experience.

My son enjoys quieter outings: walks, hikes, beaches, parks, library, lunch out, the zoo, Northwest Trek. He plays outside in all weather.

I don’t really need any housekeeping except picking up what is being used throughout the day. I really prefer the focus to be on my son.

OK if you have one child that you need to bring.

A little bit about us

Light housekeeping to possibly include dishes, mopping, vacuuming, or cleaning bathrooms. English speaking. Need help with authoritative parenting and lessening the yelling in the house. Looking for older women who have had kids and can help guide us with parenting. Our 4 year old is developmentally delayed and likes to push our 2 year old often. Our 6 year old is struggling with pooping in the toilet due to some GI problems and occasionally has peeing accidents, when she has a pull-up on because of softer bowel movements. We struggle with her lying about being poopy when we can smell it and even after we’ve checked her and see it. We have a battle of wills with her quite often over it. I may need to leave the kids alone with the nanny for 30-40 minutes twice a week, in the evening, while I pick up my neighbor’s kids from daycare for him.
Days/hours TBD but probably weekdays, for at least a couple hours a day.

A little bit about us

I have 5 children.
My teen daughter needs no assistance
My teen son has autism and needs a 10 min warning to get ready for school
My 12 year old needs the same as my oldest son
My two youngest 5 & 6 both need the most care. The 5 year old is in prek and doesn’t go to school until 11:30 ish and returns approx at 3. My 6 year old gets on the bus at 8 and returns about 3:15.
M-F at this time starting from [phone number hidden] and then 245-5:00
Possibly later nights as needed but they will be rarity.
The bus for the 3 boys comes to the front door pick up/drop off. The 12 year old walks to our corner to pick up the bus. So no driving in that respect.
Will need assistance likely with making breakfast for the 2 boys and early lunch for the youngest before he gets on the school bus

My 4 kids do have developmental delays/autism. 3 can verbalize wants and needs. My oldest uses very short sentences to express himself.
