A little bit about me
I have a three year old daughter named GraceLynn and am looking to transition from a full-time teacher to a full time nanny. I am not looking for a babysitting position, but as an educator and nurturer. All educational subject areas, in addition to fine/gross motor and emotional development, will be correlated into my care. I create a curriculum based off the Reggio Emilia approach. This is based off connection with nature, creativity, and intrinsic motivation from the child; which is finding their deep interests. Once I see a “spark” and something we can dive deep into, we start researching together and all subject areas are naturally integrated into our concrete, depth learning, project. It is so inspiring.
I obtianed my bachelors degree in early childhood education, and currently working towards my masters degree in education; both from university of Saint Mary.
I have taught and mastered curriculum/nurture from infantry to elementary. I wouldn’t do anything else.❤️
