A little bit about me
I am currently a lead teacher at a daycare in Cypress, Texas. I’ve been a babysitter, and an assistant teacher; but i’m looking to expand into other childcare jobs such as being a Nanny. I started childcare when I was 14 at the daycare in my church. From there I started babysitting in my neighborhood.
My teaching strategy is to wean off of screens, and focus on the world in front of us. I love to challenge the childlike curiosity and nurture it in an organic way. I love being active, working on little crafts, and making things like numbers and the alphabet more fun! I am also a strong believer of building on independent skills!
