"Ale started working with our daughter at 5 months of age. Our daughter quickly became attached to Ale. She was absolutely great with the baby in keeping her engaged, teaching her both English and Spanish vocabulary. To make things more challenging for Ale, our baby was in a Pavlik harness for hip dysplasia but she was able to learn how to maneuver with the challenges of having a baby in a harness quickly. Ale is a quick learner and very adaptive to a flexible schedule such as ours. I strongly recommend Alejandra to any family without any hesitation."

"I’m a military physician and plans for daycare fell through. Although I was initially hesitant to have an au pair, I am grateful to have had Ale join us in Jan 2019, and I highly recommend her. She started caring for our older daughter starting at 4mo old until now 3yo. Despite changing requirements for my work schedule, including an overseas deployment, I did not worry about my daughter being in good hands. Ale was a quick learn for all tasks at every milestone, safe, caring, and importantly a balance of fun and discipline. She was a vital part in developing a happy toddler who was successfully potty trained before 2yo. When our son joined us in Jun 2021, she also ensured our daughter was prepared and we did not have issues with jealousy.
