Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
On my job experience you’ll see I’ve listed a ‘job’ dating from [phone number hidden] for 2 children. Their names are Maryjane & Keith; they’re my younger 15 year old siblings (twins). I raised them since they were born until they were unfortunately taken into the foster care system. I grew up when I was still a kid myself , so that I could keep my brother & sister safe at all costs due to our traumatic childhood. Ever since then, it’s just something I’ve continuously done & growing up i was always getting babysitting jobs with any spare time i had. When I was in middle i had a step sister who’s 100% deaf. Both our parents worked long hours and would travel a lot too, so i would care for her whenever she was not having visitations @ her bio dad’s place. The other jobs listed are some of my longer babysitting/nanny positions I’ve had since i turned 18 years old. I lost contact with a few of the families throughout the years only because I’ve honestly moved way too much when i was a kid haha
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Indoor; homework help/learning help, crafts, games, dancing & singing, etc.
Outdoor: Bubbles? Chalk drawing, play games like tag or hidenseek, perhaps a park day?

The most important part about being a nanny...
Being apart of their learning experiences that will stay with a person for life.

Part-Time Nanny Available in Portland, OR: Kristin W.
Hello my name is Kristin, I’m a loving, responsible, and dependable mom with two children of my own. Being a mother has given me years of hands -on experience caring for children, managing daily routines, preparing meals, keeping children engaged and entertained, and creating a safe and nurturing environment.
I truly enjoy spending time with children and would love the opportunity to care for another family’s little ones. I’m open to caring for one or multiple children and am happy to work with different ages and schedules. I understand how important it is for parents to feel comfortable and confident in the person caring for their children, and I would treat every child in my care with the same patience, attention, and kindness I give my own.
I’m also comfortable incorporating activities such as outdoor play, crafts, reading, music, and age appropriate learning into the day. My goal is to make sure children feel safe, loved, and happy while their parents are away.

On top of my professional background—which includes over two decades in early education, a BA in Human Development, Montessori and Reggio Emilia experience —I am a non-smoker and a proud mother of three (ages 28, 26, and 12). Part-Time Child Care Provider Available in Portland, OR: Harper B.
hello! my name is Harper, I graduated from Rex Putnam High School this year and currently work part time as a waitress. I have been caring for children for as long as I can remember. Weather it was my little brother, cousins, the neighbor hood kids, and then eventually being hired by families to be a regular sitter. I've always loved childcare and have never really viewed it as a "job". However, I have been working in the food or retail industry for the last few years, and would love an opportunity to be a nanny again.
