"Ana is amazing with children and incredibly responsible. She had absolutely fantastic judgement and was very independent. We would strongly recommend Ana as a caregiver. She managed 3 very actice children between the ages of 7 and 14 and essentially served as a surrogate parent to them. She bonded very well with the children and we felt extremely comfortable when she was in charge. She also was very independent and able to make great decisions when caring for them and was always very communicative with us regarding how the children were doing. In addition, Ana always took amazing initiative with the kids to make fun events for them and hang out with them and their friends. Everyone loved Ana and she is greatly missed.
