I was nannying a group of four at an afterschool program, and I had formed a great bond with two sisters (age 5-6). After about two weeks of the program, their parents had come to pick them up as usual and the two girls insisted that they take me home with them. They held onto my legs and wouldn't budge! They wanted to show me their dolls! The parents happened to be looking for a parttime nanny; this silly encounter would soon turn into 4 years of me watching them grow up and move on from playing dolls to great pianists.
