Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I was a camp counselor for children ages 6-13. Some kids were not as well adjusted as others, so I have learned compassion, patience, and tolerance. I also have two half siblings ages 2 and 8, and I have babysat for many years in the neighborhood.

It's true that you don't really know until you have some of your own, which I don't and I get it. I will never think that I know what is best for your child. I know the importance of wanting to feel secure with leaving your child with someone, because my mom had that with me as my sister's babysitter.
