A little bit about me

I worked in childcare for 5 years now. I have worked as a lead daycare teacher with infants, toddlers, and pre k aged children, as well as a private nanny in the past. I grew up as a middle child with two younger siblings, so caretaking has always come naturally to me and I genuinely love getting to know kids and watch them grow. In my personal time I pursue creative interests, such as painting, drawing, and writing. I’m a published poet and work as an editor from time to time. I sell my art independently online and submit my writing to different creative writing publications here and there. I love to incorporate art into my caretaking. Encouraging children’s creativity is one of my passions. I am CPR and first aid certified, and have years worth of early childhood education experience to bring to the table. I am looking for a family I can work with and build a relationship with for the longterm!
