A little bit about me

Being part of early childhood development has been enriching my life for seven years and bringing me great joy. I never had my own children but luckily they have alwsys been part of my life through friends and family. There is no part of childcare of babies & toddkers which does not interest me from tummy time to nourishment, maintaining sleep schedules, helping with teething issues and exploring the world through reading and field trips. I love all the arts including music and paint with babies as young as 6 months. I consider it a great opportunity as well as responsibility to be a nanny.
And every day presents new challenges with the very young as they evolve at such an exciting pace from birth to three. I think the key to a successful nanny/parent partnership are good observation & reporting skills, transparent expectations and good communication skills. I find New York City to be an especially exciting place to do childcare because each neighborhood is so different.
