Hello! I'm Ellison, a transgender person who has grown up in the San Francisco Bay Area. My pronouns are he/him/they/them. I love caring for and working with babies! Getting to know them, playing with them, helping them develop and watching them grow is something I've come to love and enjoy. I am more than willing to clean and organize your space if you'd like! I'm not the best cook you've ever met when it comes to making things up as I go, but I can sure follow a recipe. I do not have formal education in early childhood development, but I have done extensive research on my own. I love animals, especially cats and currently have four of my own that I've raised from kittenhood. I enjoy theatre and performing onstage, singing, music of all sorts (but I adore any kind of folk), reading, LGBTQ topics, social justice and activism, printmaking, traveling, being in nature, etc etc. I look forward to helping you and your family by taking wonderful care of your child, pets, and home!

An 8-month-old I cared for was so incredibly pleased with themself for crawling under the dining room table that they couldn't stop smiling, which meant I also couldn't stop smiling! 😂 They looked like a mischievous little creature who had just gotten away with the heist of its lifetime. Still brings me joy to think about it! A simple moment but one I think about all the time. 🥹
