The most important part about being a nanny...
To me the most important part of being a nanny is keeping the kids safe first and foremost. Next would be fostering the age appropriate milestones to be hit with help and input from the parents in how they want their kiddos to be spoke to or corrected. I think mutual respect and being able to help a family run a little smoother make for a wonderful nanny/family relationship.

As stated above, I have a years worth of experience with an 8 year old boy with severe autism. In addition, I’ve cared for babies with seizure disorders.
