A little bit about me

Hi, my name is Genesis! I am a registered behavioral therapist and have been working with kiddos for a little over 9 years. Prior to being a therapist, I was the program director for an after school program (Kinder - 5th). I am currently working as a therapist and applying to masters programs in pursuit of my BCBA certification! Aside from my professional life, I love to sing, dance, and write. I have a masters in creative writing from PRATT and I still love to create short stories, poems, and write lyrics here and there. I grew up with a dance instructor as a mother, so my life was full of the arts as a kid and I believe it to be a wonderful experience.
I am fluent in both English and Spanish and have taught both languages during my time teaching middle school. I find being silly, attentive, and understanding truly helps a kiddo thrive!
