"Gillian has been our au pair for the past 2 years. We have 3 kids ages 7, 9, 11 and she is very patient and fun loving with them. She is able to be stern (making sure kids follow rules and behave) but also be light-hearted and fun (playing games and other engaging activities with kids). She has a positive and happy demeanor and is easy to work with. Her duties included preparing meals for kids, getting them on and off the bus, driving them to activities, doing kids laundry and tidying up the kids areas and after they ate. She is a very safe driver and is able to manage her time with what needs to be done. She genuinely cares for the wellbeing of the kids and would always let us know if she was concerned with any behaviors or how they kids may be feeling."
