The most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, loving environment where children feel comfortable being themselves. I want children to feel supported, encouraged, and excited to learn and explore. One of my favorite moments was when a child proudly introduced me to their family as “my best friend.” It was such a simple comment, but it meant a lot because it showed the trust and connection we had built together. Those relationships are what make working with children so rewarding.
