A little bit about me

I have over 20yrs experience working with children birth - 6yrs. But comfortable working with any age. I have my CDA in birth - 3 yrs and have worked in a high end private preschool as a lead teacher in an infant room and also early toddler class. I enjoy working with children and teaching them new skills and tasks such as baby sign, sharing, turn taking and arts and crafts along with sensory, gross and fine motor skill activities. I enjoy watch their excitement when they learn the new skill or task. I’m also a mother of two adult children. My oldest was diagnosed with dyslexia, both forms auditorial and visual, generalized anxiety and ADHD at the age of 6. Then a few years later a seizure disorder. I learned many skills and tricks to help him flourish, and thrive. I currently have my CPR and first aid certification. I also have reference from families I have worked for outside of the preschool setting.
