Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I taught Saturday acting classes for 1 year, for 6-8 year olds. I also took care of a 16 month old for 8 months in 2025 and my latest experience has been since October of 2025 until currently. 2 children, the boy is 7 and the girl is 9, I'm usually doing pickups after school and taking them to after school activities or at the house cooking and playing!

I think what matters most to me is the children feeling safe and I connecting with them. I know the hustle and bustle of adulting, so I know sometimes children just need a little extra love, time, and attention. I want them to feel that when they're with me and away from their parents/family. A home in me, away from home.

I think my favorite memory so far was when Alejandra one day got to my door and finally reached for me and let her mommy go! That let me know she felt safe with me. It honestly melted my heart.
