The most important part about being a nanny...
There are many important parts to being a nanny. But one of the most important ones in my opinion is studying the child and really getting to know who they are as a person and their dislikes and what not. A lot of times, Nannieās will tend to use the same techniques and tips and tricks on different children but that doesnāt always work and itās because theyāre all different and itās important to know and understand that. Itās important to know that as nanny, I will be making an impact on the childrenās lives and will be helping them to grow and evolve into their own successful person!
My experience with special needs children...
I have hands-on experience caring for a toddler with autism who also struggled with separation anxiety. During our time together, I worked patiently and attentively to create a safe and nurturing environment that helped him feel understood and supported. Through consistent routines, gentle reassurance, and personalized care, I was able to help him develop habits that eased his anxiety and encouraged more confident, independent behavior. This not only fostered his emotional growth but also brought peace of mind and relief to his parents, who saw noticeable progress in his adaptability and overall comfort.
The most important part about being a nanny...
To be honest, there isnāt just one I could think about, thereās many! Carpool Rides, Amusement park times, going to museums with the kids, teaching them how to swim or ride a bike for the first time, Disney movie nights with brownies and a lot of popcorn hehe! I mean the list could go on. I think for me personally, just being in the presence of children and getting to learn their habits and dislikes of things and whatnot is what makes it all very memorable to me that in the end it all becomes my favoriteš
