I am a warm, patient, and kind individual. I worked as a live-in nanny in the summer of 2018 for a family with two children, a 6 mo. old and a 6-year-old. During my time with that family, I provided tools and resources for children to use and explore during summer learning and play activities. I also performed various small housekeeping tasks. From 2019 to 2021 I worked as a preschool teacher with children ranging from 6 weeks to 5 years old. I provided tools and resources for children to explore during learning and play activities. I managed activities including lessons, play, breaks, and meals and established rules of behavior for the children. We read books, did art projects, had recess, practiced colors, numbers, and sign language. During my time as a teacher, I received essential child care certification as well as continuous certification for first aid and CPR.
