A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Kayla, and I’m a high school senior located in Chesapeake, VA. I’m a military child and currently attend Great Bridge High School, where I’m involved in basketball and cheer.
I have strong hands-on childcare experience both at home and professionally. As the third of five siblings, I’ve helped care for my two younger sisters for years. I’m also a teacher intern at Great Bridge Intermediate School, where I work with 5th graders four days a week and have built great relationships with students. In addition, I’ve held six jobs, four in customer service, which has helped me develop reliability and responsibility. I enjoy cooking (it’s a hobby of mine), can help with light housekeeping, and also do hair, which kids often enjoy.
