My name is Keisha, I am a reliable, loving, and nurturing child care professional with over 12 years of experience with newborns and infants (including twins!)
I love caring for children, they develop daily making everyday different and more gratifying as they take tiny steps towards developing to their greatest potential.
As a babysitter i equally enjoy working with babies and parents, I can assist with breastfeeding, giving emotional support, getting the baby on a great schedule and offering relief at nights.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Communication matters to me as a nanny. Both with the child i care for and the parents. Me and the parents are a team so strong verbal communication between us is very important to understand and execute the specific needs of the child and parents.

My experience with special needs children...

I’ve worked with autistic kids, kids that are speech impaired and also kids that wear hearing aid.
I’m very patient and really love working with kids, it gives me joy to see them happy. I am open to working with, or as I’ll always say (I’m ready to love on) my SPECIAL babies regardless of their challenge. Because that’s what they are, precious and SPECIAL.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Dilan, such a sweet kid. I was with his mom Kim for 15months. I always talk to my babies, so when he was 11months and 18days he said his first word. I asked “ bottle baby?” “milk” Dilan responded. Yess… he responded and it melted my heart. I cried.
