I have over 5 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism and Down Syndrome. Most recently, I worked as a day program manager (and direct support professional) at a community for adults with developmental disabilities. As the manager I planned meaningful activities, built strong relationships, and was also responsible for the health and safety of all program members.
