My experience with special needs children...

I focused on promoting social interaction, communication skills, and emotional regulation through patience, consistency, and individualized attention. I also collaborated closely with parents, therapists, and teachers to ensure a consistent and nurturing approach. This experience taught me the value of empathy, adaptability, and celebrating every small milestone.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my most memorable moments as a teacher was helping a child with speech delays say their first complete sentence. We had been working together during the summer daily using flashcards, songs. One day, while reading their favorite book, they looked at me and said, 'I like this story!' The joy on their face and their parents when I told them was unforgettable. It reminded me how impactful patience and consistent support can be in a child’s development
