Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Reading books, being curious and I enjoy engaging in a variety of enriching activities with children. I find immense joy in fostering their curiosity, encouraging exploration of our surroundings, and explaining the fascinating intricacies of how things work. Reading is a passion of mine, and spending time reading books with children not only enhances their imagination but also deepens our bond. Cooking together is another fun activity where I can impart valuable culinary skills while making cherished memories.
Spending time outside is a favorite pastime, whether it's playing imaginative games, exploring nature, or simply enjoying the fresh air and sunshine.
Overall, my goal is to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and have fun simultaneously. Through these activities, I aim to instill a love for learning, foster their creativity, and cultivate meaningful connections that will stay with them for a lifetime. :)

The most important part about being a nanny...
Being a nanny holds great significance for me because it goes beyond just a job – it's about being a pillar of support for working parents. I deeply value the opportunity to be there for families, not just as a caregiver for their children, but as a trusted companion on their parenting journey.
I take immense pride in being a dependable presence in kids lives, offering love, guidance, and encouragement as they grow.
Developing a strong bond with the entire family is important. By building a genuine connection, we create a harmonious partnership.
When parents entrust their kids to me, they can rest assured that their little ones are not only safe but also genuinely happy and engaged. I strive to create joyful, educational, and memorable experiences for the children under my care. The reassurance parents feel, knowing that their children are in good hands, is something I hold dear.

The most important part about being a nanny...
Probably, when when I took the two kiddos I used to nanny to a fun hike and we started talking to the plants, excusing ourselves as we walked past them and saying sorry for bumping into them. The kids and I still talk about how ridiculous that was since plants are not like humans where we have to say excuse me when we accidentally touch them. It turned a simple hike into a hilarious and memorable adventure. The kids were initially puzzled by my antics, but soon they embraced the idea wholeheartedly. We continued our journey through the trail, engaging in playful conversations with the plants, and imagining their responses. We even made up funny voices for different types of plants, turning the forest into our own whimsical wonderland.
We bonded over the shared experience of embracing our playful imagination. It not only brought laughter but also taught us the importance of finding joy in the little things and embracing the silliness of life.:)

I also have babysat many families for years (parents friends children, my cousins) I stopped being a nanny when I went to school and then got a job in management in the food and beverage industry.
