Hi my name is Kotraina Roper and I have been working in the Early Childhood Field for 20+ years. I have my Associate Degree in Early Childhood Development. I have experiences working with Infants to 10 years old children. As of right now I currently work in the Infant's room at a Childcare Center but I have been the Lead teacher at that center for the Older Toddler room for 15 years. I also have experiences working with school-age children for before and after care. I also worked at an Montassori School as the Lead teacher for a classroom of children ages 4 and 5 as well as in the office as an Assistance Director. Education is very important to me as well as love and care for children.
