Hi I’m Ms. Tasha!! I’ve been in the childcare industry for almost 20 yrs and I have been a nanny for about 10 of those yrs. I have stayed with children for full weeks, weekends and overnight when parents have business to handle. I have made a full curriculum for ages 12 months to school aged children. I have worked with different styles of curriculum (Montessori, STEM based, Waldorf and Reggio Emilia). I love doing STEM activities, music, DIY crafts and cooking projects. I love being silly, dancing, reading, having fun and exploring outside. I believe children learn best when exploring and asking questions. I’m very patient and love letting children know that they have a friend that’s always there for them no matter what. My purpose is helping families take care of their children when work or meetings intervene in parent’s lives. I would love to be that friend to your child/children.

Learning is the most important part of this job. I learn from kids everyday. I learn patience, love, kindness, how to laugh even in a bad situation. Children carry easy solutions to what we as adults make a big deal. I love the lessons.

I was taking the 5yr old girl to the doctor for a rash. The doctor noticed some ant bites. The little girl looks at me and says… “if the ants bit you Ms. Tasha they would think it’s chocolate!” LOL!! We all laughed soo hard!! The innocence of children is hilarious!!
