The most important part about being a nanny is building a trusting, nurturing relationship with both the children and their family. I value community in the sense that God places everyone in our lives for a special reason. I want to see more families thrive, and if I can take the load off for a little bit of the day, I believe it gives room for a healthier, supportive, and positive environment.
