My name is Leah, and I am seeking a full time nannying position this summer!

I have over five years of experience working with children as a nanny, babysitter, camp assistant director, dance teacher, tutor, and preschool literacy educator.

I am very child-centered in my approach to nannying - I aim to meet each child where they are at and respond with care, intention, and specificity. I believe that the care-centered relationships I build with children are the most important aspect of my work. I recognize the significance of a nanny's role in children's lives, and work to provide consistent care, emotional support, and compassionate behavioral management which is attuned to each family's values and culture.

As an art history major, artist, and dancer, I bring the values of creativity and exploration to every job I do. I love to engage with children through art projects and creative play activities that support literacy and open up a space for self-expression and connection!
