One of my favorite things about working with children is that they’re wonderfully unpredictable. Those unexpected little moments, whether it’s something hilariously honest they say, a creative story they invent, or a burst of spontaneous laughter, always catch me completely off guard. I think those are my favorite nanny moments because you can never plan them. They remind me to see the world through a child’s eyes, and those memories are often the ones that stay with me the longest.
