Building a strong bond of trust with both the children and parents for a successful relationship.
A nanny needs to be vigilant, responsible and proactive in crating a safe environment.
Creativity and children engagement are important as a nanny. Children need to be stimulated and be given age-appropriate activities for their development so it helps that the nanny is creative and resourceful in providing activities that can have a positive impact on the children's growth.
Also when it comes to communication, open, clear and effective communication to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding expectations, schedules, children daily activities and any other concerns. A Nanny should conduct herself professionally at all times and respect the privacy, values and rules of parent.
