Working with special needs kids can be a challenge, I worked with an autistic boy for years ( not as an official nanny) the bond made and trust given was more rewarding than anything! He opened up and we several moments where he learned to communicate with others and picked up social skills from me and applied them. It was the best feeling in the world to hear how he has grown. He is now 30; has a job and learned how to drive, I could not be more proud!
