My experience with special needs children...
I have experience with special needs as we later found out one of the kids I was taking care of in Houston had ADHD. She needed to take meds everyday and we had to keep a strict schedule for her. She enjoyed organized, timely fun and we had to keep a strict diet and sleep schedule for her.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I love when I wake my kids up and they wake up with a big smile on their faces so happy to see me it when it’s time for me to leave, when they give me a big hug and tell me they’ll miss me although I’m literally gonna see them the next day. Another thing I love is singing and dancing with my kids.
