The most important part about being a nanny...
Have a set schedule. Getting on a routine is very important! When I babysat some kids a while back, their mom asked me to set a nap time everyday. At first it was hard but then it became routined for them. It’s easy when they can see a fun day ahead of them instead of being thrown in a loop everyday

I was an assistant teacher in the special needs class throughout middle school and high school. I helped special needs kids in a volunteer program playing soccer. I also did the same thing for basketball and cheer

Some kids I used to babysit would call me auntie and always ask for me to come over to they house when they would be picked up from mine. They were always running to me with excitement and when I dropped them of at school they never wanted to part with me. It was the cutest!
