i like playing hide and seek, training to be power rangers (sounds silly but the kids love it lol), karaoke, playing school, and make believe outside.
The most important part about being a nanny...
communication. not only with the parents but with the children too many people forget that children are still people with their own thoughts, ideas and notions. you cant just apply what you did with other kids to the current ones you work with. i’m order to establish a good relationship with the kids you must figure out their likes a dislikes by talking to them and their parents. the more you respect and help the kids the more they will respect and help you.

i’ve worked with children with special needs and odd before. i have cousins and family friends with special needs so i know the patience it takes. and i volunteered in the special needs room in my high school.
The most important part about being a nanny...
at my last job i had to drive the kids to school and i had a playlist of all our favorite songs. one morning the i was playing my favorite song and the youngest girl i was watching new all the lyrics and sang it perfectly. recently her dad messaged me and asked me about the songs we played in the car bc she called me “me and noelle’s song” and that really made my heart smile.
