A little bit about me

Hi :) I'm 18 years old, taking a gap year before attending college. I just moved to Portland a few days ago. I have recently been helping kids out with online school, as well as playing after classes. Online school can be difficult for young children to stay engaged with, and I have seen the importance of having someone with them to stay on track while also respecting their need to move around and take breaks. I love playing games, doing arts and crafts, and spending time outside. Some of my hobbies are painting, reading, and playing the guitar.
I am CPR certified by the Red Cross, and my hours are completely flexible. I will be available both weekdays and weekends as well as nights. Hope to hear from you soon!

I volunteered at a community art center as a classroom assistant for their after-school program. I primarily worked with 4-6 year olds. I helped run activities and art projects, took kids to the park and on field trips, and served dinner. I enjoyed getting to know the kids in my class and building up a relationship with them.

I love arts & crafts, puzzles, games, dress up. The kids I was working with most recently loved making movies and putting on plays. I also love spending time outside and going on outings.
