For me, the most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, loving, and supportive environment where children feel valued, understood, and encouraged to grow. It’s about patience, trust, and building strong connections so that kids feel confident, happy, and cared for every day. I also believe in fostering curiosity, creativity, and independence while providing guidance and reassurance along the way.

The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite moments was when I spent an afternoon building a cardboard “castle” with a child. Seeing their imagination come to life and their pride in what we created together made me feel so happy and reminded me how fun and meaningful playtime can be.
