"I’m writing this post as a reference for our wonderful nanny Robyn we’ve had for over 2 years! We love her so much that we begged her to move to Gaithersburg MD with us when we moved out of VA but the time has come to find her a local family and end the demanding commutes. We brought her into our family to take care of our 2 young girls (youngest was 4 months old) and she grew to watch our 3rd baby as well! Her responsibilities included: • Ensuring all kids were fed, changed, diapered/daily • Proactively creating a preschool-type routine for the kids that grew with their ages/stages • Potty training! • Daily walks or trips to neighborhood parks • Managing breakfast, lunches, and snacks – cooking different things each day for lunches, and baking treats with them as a learning activity • Light housework • Overseeing the kids during their clean-up • Managing various nap time schedules We loved our time with Robyn. She has a great, laid-back personality and is easy to work with."
