My experience with special needs children...

I have experience working with children who had autism ,wheelchair bound, or non verbal while working at the daycare. I had to change diapers if they weren't going to the restroom.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite moment is when every morning before I arrived,my "child" would wait for me to come everyday by sitting in the window just waiting for me to arrive.That always have made me feel special about the job I'm doing.
