I have been working with children since 2015 where I started out as a camp counselor through the YMCA. I continued working for the YMCA until 2019 where I held different positions like After School Counselor, After School Director, Assistant Camp Director, and Camp Director. In my time at the YMCA I led groups of children ranging from 4 years old up to 12 years old.
I began my experience with teaching in Texas doing my internship in kindergarten and 3rd grade! After landing my first teaching job, I taught 3rd grade and now I have been teaching 1st grade for two years!
