To me, the most important part about being a nanny is connecting with the kids. I think back to the nannies I had when I was little and how much more impactful some were than others. I want to be an authority figure for the kids but also to be a friend!

My favorite nanny moment was leading a group of kids in a massive game of sharks and minnows at the park one day. There must have been twenty of us total and it was so much fun!
