More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have experience caring for children through both professional and volunteer roles. Last summer, I worked at a daycare where I supervised children, helped with daily activities, and supported their learning and development. In addition, I volunteer weekly at my church, where I work with children of all ages, helping lead activities, provide guidance, and create a fun and supportive environment.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy a variety of activities with children, including reading books, arts and crafts, outdoor play, board games, educational activities, and creative projects. I also enjoy helping with homework, encouraging learning through fun activities, and finding ways to keep children engaged, active, and entertained. My goal is to create a positive, safe, and enjoyable environment where children can have fun while learning and growing.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where children feel valued, respected, and cared for. I believe a nanny should not only ensure a child's physical well-being but also encourage their emotional growth, confidence, and curiosity. Building trust with both the children and their parents is essential, and I strive to be a positive role model who helps children learn, grow, and feel secure.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite moments working with children is seeing them accomplish something they were initially nervous about or struggling with. Whether it's learning a new skill, gaining confidence, or simply feeling proud of themselves, it's incredibly rewarding to know that I was able to encourage and support them along the way. Watching a child grow, smile, and realize what they're capable of is one of the most meaningful parts of caring for children.
