More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
My experience working with children began early as a babysitter at age 14 and later expanded through my role as a Paraeducator, where I supported children's learning, development, and daily success in an educational setting. Throughout my previous full-time career, I also continued working with families and providing childcare.
I made the intentional decision to transition into full-time nannying so I could focus on providing personalized, attentive care and building meaningful relationships with children and families. Since then, I have worked in both short-term and long-term nanny positions, supporting children of various ages and developmental stages.
I am passionate about fostering emotional growth, encouraging creativity and independence, and creating a warm, engaging environment where children feel safe, supported, and confident. Families appreciate my calm dependable presence, and strong communication skills.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy creating fun, enriching experiences that support each child's development. With the 16-month-old I currently care for, we spend our days reading, singing, exploring outdoors, visiting parks and libraries, engaging in sensory play, playing pretend, and practicing age-appropriate skills that encourage language, independence, and confidence. I love helping children learn through play while providing a safe, nurturing environment where they can thrive.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I believe one of the most important parts of being a nanny is being a positive role model. Children are like sponges, they are constantly observing, listening, and learning from the people around them. Because of that, I strive to model kindness, patience, respect, honesty, and good communication every day. Beyond providing care, I see my role as helping children build confidence, develop healthy habits, and learn how to navigate the world in a positive way. The relationships and examples children experience in their early years can have a lasting impact, and I take that responsibility seriously.
My experience with special needs children...
My experience with children with special needs began during my time as a Paraeducator, where I worked primarily with students on the autism spectrum. I supported children with a variety of communication styles, learning needs, and developmental abilities by helping them follow routines, stay engaged in the classroom, and participate successfully in daily activities. I also worked with students who had physical delays and mobility challenges, providing support tailored to their individual needs. These experiences taught me the importance of patience, consistency, flexibility, and positive encouragement. I understand that every child learns and develops differently, and I strive to create a supportive environment where children feel safe, confident, and capable of reaching their full potential.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moments are the ones when I get to see a child's growth firsthand. I love watching new words emerge, seeing their excitement when they discover something new, and celebrating the small milestones that show how much they're learning every day. Being a trusted part of those moments is one of the most rewarding aspects of nannying.

Im very fun and bubbly but also when rules need to be laid down i can be assertive well still showing the respect kids deserve too. Im very big on making things teachable. And for younger kids I have the experience of tending to there needs.

I have over 8 years of childcare experience, ranging from infants to school age children. My most recent position is my current one: since early 2026 I've been caring for a 6 monthold baby boy and his 3 year old sister. My days include bottle feeding, naps, tummy time, and developmental playfor the baby.
Before this, I spent two years (2023-25)with one family, caring for their children starting at ages 2 and 4, and later their younger sibling as well. I also still provide weekly care for a sweet boy on the autism spectrum, a relationship that started as a nanny share in 2023, so I bring special needs experience too.
Earlier positions include nanny shares with infants and toddlers, twins plus a 6yo, and a multi child household with kids ages 4 to 16. I started my childcare career as an au pair, and several of my families still call me back years later.
I'm CPR certified, vaccinated, a non smoker, andhave my own transportation. I also taught English for 4 years and hold a TEFL certificate.

I realized that being around children, playing with them, and caring for them has a very positive impact on me as well. I find it incredible that, together with their parents, you can help shape a child into a kind, intelligent, and confident person.
I am a very creative person—I paint, dance, sing, act, and I am currently writing a book. I would love the opportunity to share that creativity with a child and help create a fun, inspiring, and nurturing environment where they can learn, grow, and express themselves.
I love animals, spending time outdoors, and staying connected to nature. I enjoy healthy living and preparing nutritious meals for others. Being active, creative, and surrounded by nature brings me a lot of joy, and I love sharing that positive energy with the people around me.
